iMacs not a threat to PC's and they never will be

Wait, so was the iMac built so people who wanted it could get it, or was it suppose to pose a threat to PC?

I think people like using their PC's but by comparison the iMac is like a fine Ferrari or other comparable sports car. Most everyone dreams about one day owning a fine sports car and the iMac is just that.

With the failure of Vista, it seems that Microsoft has really become too complacent and expect to easily hold on to their dominant market share. Hopefully with the increasing compatibility with everything of Macs and Linux, we'll get to see some real competition for market share, and hopefully some innovation. Exciting times, yeah?
