iMazing - only seeing c.250 calls when extracting call history

hi,

Just purchased iMazing as need to find call details from my iphone circa August 2016. (note. I have upgraded iphone twice since then, but assumed previous data transferred too, as I can see texts from that period and beyond)

I thought full call logs would be accessible, but having extracted from iphone using iMazing, I can only see circa 250 calls going back roughly 2 months.

Can anyone help?

iMazing paints a rosy picture re: call history extraction in that if a call entry has been delete/swiped from the phone, it's gone vs. scrolled off the list of latest calls that are shown on the phone. Also, the visible + hidden call total is like 1000, so the older numbers could very well have "deleted" by getting pushed off the edge as part of a first-in first-out clearing in the distant past.

Example: I never keep call history on my phone, iMazing found zero calls in the history.
