iPhone IMEI Unlock Sites

Swiftunlocks would be OK if he didn't require that I pay $25 for credits to unlock a phone that he says will cost $1.99 (AT&T iPhone express $1.99)

So, I was mistaken, my iphone is locked to vodafone ireland, so I'm asking again, any factory unlock not as expensive as 65$???

You dont need to pay for 25 unlocks.
I bought single unlocks many many times.
You're just clicking the wrong thing or are at the wrong section where you're trying to become a reseller:D
Just go here http://www.swiftunlocks.com/unlock/at-t-iphone-express-1-24-hours
put in the imei number, click place order and pay the $1.99 via paypal.
Done.

Im not sure if they are 100% scammers but I wouldnt trust them.
I heard many others saying they waited a long time like 3-4 weeks for an unlock that shouldnt take over a day or 2.
Wait a little more and try contacting them. If they dont respond to you at all within days I'd do a chargeback.

Just tried to unlock and it said it failed. Reason: Locked to

I guess it will only unlock out of contract phones. Says my refund will be given back in 24hrs.

No, they dont just unlock out of contract iphones.
I unlocked about 6 AT&T iphone 5's with them already.
That unlock is for AT&T iphones only. If your device is NOT locked to AT&T and its locked to another carrier then they cant unlock it. Hope you realized that.

Of course, mine is an AT&T iPhone 4S, purchased about two weeks ago.

Oh? That doesn't make sense, AT&T will unlock for free out of contract phones.

They unlocked thousands of others AT&T iphones but I guess they dont want your money for some reason.
I'd contact them and see what they say.
Most likelly its an iphone not locked to AT&T that's why they cant unlock it.
They do unlock on contract AT&T iphones.
They have over 140,000 transactions with satisfied customers on ebay.
Unless you made a mistake when entering in the imei number....

See for yourself. Guess I have the only AT&T 4s that can't be unlocked using this service. I tried it twice and it failed both times.

The only other thing I would suggest is maybe you made a typo when entering the imei number on their site.
Contact them and see what they say. I dont see any reason why they wont be able to unlock it besides user error.

Or does the work LOCKED means it is locked to every carrier in this universe and any other parallel ones ?
 
update on my http://www.officialiphoneunlock.co.uk experience:
no news from the unlock status at the site as it remains "IMEI submitted to unlock server".
One thing I know for sure is that they delete all facebook complains!! Several people saying they order an unlock (different carriers ans models) and are waiting too long: you can only read these comments for a couple of hours/minutes!!
Should I be worried about my order on a Verizon iPhone 4s? I am starting to think I have been scammed...

Nope.
You won't be able to connect to AT&T with that iPhone. It's only unlocked for outside the US.

They came through #, however they never sent me an email. The status for my request said completed so I did the the backup and restore from backup but didn't get the unlocked message. Then I did the full restore and when the phone came back on iTunes it had the message.

I restored from backup and checked it out with TM SIM ImageUploadedByTapatalk1360786161.249549.jpg

If you had a SIM from another provider there was no need to restore......
