I would recommend you guys avoid updating your IOS on the next Apple software drop. Maybe wait about 3 or four weeks to make sure all the issues are resolved. Don't want to go through this again.

I have the same problem, from few days. I'm from Poland and there is a "battle" between apple and my carrier, they blame on each other and there is no solution. So there is still a problem by my side! What is more, I pay for every single strange sms which I get (this REG-RESP etc..) It drives me crazy! I tried almost everything. Nothing changed :/
