whoever is having issues. open the messages app.. click the ... then press Edit name and photo. when in that menu. turn off Name and photo sharing. and then turn it on. this should fix it.

During the testing phase, I did have some issue such as prompt showing it’s not available because multiple numbers and glitches like saving profile info. You can try to sign out of your Apple ID in Message and turn off iMessage. Then turn on iMessage and sign to Apple ID.
