iMessage stopped working

I haven't visited the thread in months but I did a complete reinstall and now am on 11.3.1.

Oddly when I did the reinstall, it worked for a while and then started exhibiting the same issues. Sometimes I'd check and it would be caught up on message and sometimes it would be days behind. Right now it's fine.

All this is on my Mac Mini. I have a new M1 Air that's been flawless so far.
