I have a large bunch of bookmarks in Chrome on my Windows PC. I want them in Chrome on my iPad. I have exported them as an HTML file and mailed them to my iPad. But now what? I don't have a Mac.

Can you tell me how to get bookmarks into Chrome?

I don't know how to coerce iOS Chrome to read in your bookmarks, but there is another browser that has that capability: the iOS version of iCab. Tap the gear to get to Tools, then down the page there is an Export/Import (WLAN) item. You turn on the internal web server, and then interact with that interface on the sending device/computer.
