Hello everyone, guys. Installed usb Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 Macbook Air 1.1 Early 2008, but the app store (cannot connect ), itunes (error code -9836). Is that all, support has been discontinued?

Even if it has you can confine yourself to the bliss of ignorance about the storm raging around. Go to https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/fixing-https-issues-on-old-versions-of-os-x.2281326/ and download the proxy (instructions supplemented) that translates all web requests so that old macOS re-gain the capability to talk to the modern Internet using the most up-to-date version of the TLS protocol.

Yes, Apple isn't interested in helping us out with old system installers anymore. I think they prefer seeing us buy new iMacs. But is rather easy to download the pkg version of the installers. If you open such a file and follow the instructions, you get the installation app. From there you can either install it or build a bootable installer on a separate disk. (If your machine supports the version, of course.)

I just rebooted into my Lion partition. It seems that day has come. Neither App Store nor Genius is able to connect anymore.

I doubt Lion or Mountain Lion will allow you into the store. Something to do with I think, iTunes versions. I used legacy version of Chrome and downloaded another legacy browser - they worked, but did not allow access to the Apple store.

I had a video uploading project from an Firewire video tape camcorder, I used Diskmaker's terrific software to creat bootable drives (in my case I used USB drives). My 2011 Macboook's SSD (128 Gb) could not be recovered, and I replaced it with a 1 TB drive, which I partitioned for Mountain Lion and then High Sierra. Diskmaker I've used before, its very easy to use, it handles it all, I even paid a donation (which is voluntary). But a working USB and working drive are necessary!
