I just dusted it off and used it for the first time in months. It’s still got it!

On paper it is a long way away from the state of the art (as it was on the day it was released) but, I am yet to find a camera that can make magic like the M9 can when you nail the shot with it right?

Yes, I agree. The only reason I’m not using it much these days is I’m mainly shooting film now.

The M10 does but sadly you’ve been banned from getting one!


As for Instagram I think I’m the wrong generation. I don’t have any interest to be in my (or anyone else’s) photos thanks.

you can get a full frame camera like the 6D MK II or nikon d5 or d850 for the best quality pictures
 
I've been claiming this one today as my "moon camera" even though it's not exactly the same as a Lunar Surface Camera. Still, though, the quality is certainly there-just not the ease of use.

As a nice bonus, it outputs square photos by default so you don't have to crop for instagram :)
