Incoming calls not coming through, help!

Oaky so I just my phone back from the apple repair service and guess what, they did not fix it. The technician said "the problem was not reporducible", even though I clearly demonstrated it to the "genius" at the apple store and his comment to the repair shop stated exactly what the problem was and how to arrive at it. My guess is the technician didn't wait for the phone to go into stanbdy long enough... Should I go back to the apple store stark raving mad and demand a replacement? I don't want to have to wait ANOTHER week for it to be in the repair shop AGAIN with no guarantee it'll ever be fixed....

Actually, they'll give you a new phone, not a refurbished one. Even if you had bought a refurb phone and had issues with it, they'd still replace it with a spanking brand new one (did that with my iPod..bought a refurb one, had some scratches on it and the lock wasn't working...they went in back and pulled out a whole new one).

K, so wow, another update, my iphone came back for the second time from repair. This time however they loaned me one of the loner iphones to use while mine was in repair. This time they just replaced it with another unit because I guess they are tired of me. IT IS A REFIRBISHED UNIT. There was some sticky gooey stuff on the back and the recharging port fits a little way too snug. No scratches or whatever so I'll guess I'll live with it.

I seem to be having this problem too .... my gf was all "I called you 8 times, you didnt answer. yakity yak....." But yet the phone shows no missed calls. As well, last night I got a call at 10pm, and the phone, which was in front of me, didnt ring.

Both times I was in my house with 5 bars, the phone was locked, and wifi on.

I just reset the phone to see if that helps. Anyone figure out some kind of solution?

I need that feature. Where can I get the anti-gf technology your phone has?
