Hmm, can you elaborate on the issue you are seeing?@firecore On the AppleTV, The scrolling goes a bit haywire when I'm using Infuse but I don't see it in other apps...any reason?

Infuse is able to use tvOS' 'Fast Scrolling' - is that what you're seeing?Let me try to capture a video, it's hard to explain.
Plex and Infuse have some similarities, and also have differences. What is the difference between Plex and Infuse? I was reading the site and see it connects to Plex, so it's confusing. They appear on the surface to be both media players for various platforms.

Hands-on with tvOS 10.2: fast scrolling, updated Remote app & more
You no longer have to scroll through long lists on your Apple TV for minutes on end like an animal, courtesy of the latest firmware released yesterday alongside iOS 10.3, macOS Sierra 10.12.4 and watchOS 3.2. It lets you scroll through longs lists...www.idownloadblog.com
I don't think tvOS has an option to disable this. Sorry. That might be it, makes it really jumpy...is there a way to disable and see?
We don't have an ETA for this right now. Sorry. Is the ability to shuffle sub folders coming anytime soon?
This update allows for Dolby Atmos when using E-AC3 audio tracks only.Wow, I am shocked that you guys cracked the Dolby Atmos issue. I am so happy if that is the case.
I just updated my ATV and Infuse but my sample Atmos files still play as PCM. Is there a setting I am missing?
Isn’t the core claim of this petition wrongly put? We're still hoping Apple will implement a few changes which will allow for even more support. https://firecore.com/forum/topic/20983
Not my question to answer but I would say once you start messing with taking a licensed codec and changing it to another licensed codec, without a license, well you are opening a whole can of worms.Isn’t the core claim of this petition wrongly put?
There is no restriction for Atmos playback from local library/network.
The problem is with TrueHD playback. It is the format (Mostly) ripped from Blurays.
If someone invented Atmos conversion from TrueHD into DD+, the problem would also be solved (kind of, as we’d lose lossless audio).
Most local Atmos content is going to be TrueHD based. There is some local content which uses E-AC3, and support for this has been added in 6.3. This is the situation we've tried to describe in the post.Isn’t the core claim of this petition wrongly put?

That may be correct. But the precedent has already been created - DVDFab claims it can create a tvOS-compatible profile 5 Dolby Vision stream from a 2-stream profile 7 Dolby Vision ripped from the UHD disk. No-one knows how or what are they really converting, but the end result is functional and plays back in Dolby Vision on aTV 4K.... taking a licensed codec and changing it to another licensed codec, without a license, well you are opening a whole can of worms.
The easiest way is to let us decode the raw feed how we want.
OK, I get it. Just that E-AC-3 Atmos is native to tvOS player and does not need any help. Most local Atmos content is going to be TrueHD based. There is some local content which uses E-AC3, and support for this has been added in 6.3. This is the situation we've tried to describe in the post.
@firecore is there an issue with refreshing Plex libraries on tvOS? Updated Infuse and now I just get a spinner in the top right and it never fetches my new content?

Sorry about that.I get that also but it does add new content eventually.
Not sure if this helps in your case, but you can set a default playback speed in the main settings menu. Might help if you find yourself wanting to play most videos at higher/lower speeds.love Infuse on iOS so im excited to try it on the AppleTV good Job @firecore
love that variable speed has been added it means i can finally make Infuse my main player and ditch VLC completely.
i only wish they was a plus and minus so we could rapidly adjust it on the HUD
like volume, pause play skip etc. are rather than being nested in the settings gear
