I have a lot of difficulty understanding that, but what I gathered is that some older programs may see performance regression if they use Intel’s e-cores?

Am I reading that correctly?

I have a few old Intel *nix machines with mitigations=off. Hopefully Downfall will get rolled up in the same kernel option.
