The imac has a sticker under the stand, stating ram, serial number and hard drive size. Intel sticker or badge on the imac, no thanks even if it does look cool. Which i don't it does, it looks crap. I love the way the imac looks now, it clean and crisp.

Well my iMac does have a HUGE "iMac" on the back of it, but I never see the back of it. I don't think the Mac Mini or the PowerMac even have badging on them other then an Apple logo.
It does?

*looks at his own*

no thanks good riddance. Besides, for the same price that you can get a Dell Inspiron E1505/1705 you can get a base model Macbook Pro.

Eh? Not trying to compare the two, but my brother just bought an e1505 for $600 - shipped.

I got my E1405 for $680 shipped. I think of it as a disposable laptop untill they get the macbooks straightened out :D

Most of those sticker-happy companies are used to making camcorders and the like, so they don't know any better. Average Joe consumers (like some people I know) love the stickers, and leave them on for the entire life of the product. It baffles me.

Haha. Yeah I know people like that. Well I have a Kodak DX4530 digital camera and it has a small sticker on the front that says "Kodak Color Science Inside" I left it on...cause it is kind of a cool sticker that changes colors as you move the camera. I guess I was not talking about sticking huge stickers on the iMac that has all of it's internal stats, I was just talking about the Core Duo Inside decal. I'm not going to put one on my computer, I just started this thread to see if anyone has done it, of course, if they did, I doubt they would confess on MR!
