I'm tempted to do Zagg install for two reasons.

1. I would like a slightly grippier back to the iPhone.
2. If HDX or Glass is not noticeable enough I wouldn't mind the extra protection

My question to all of you is this. Would a combination of the HDX on the back and Glass on the front give me a good combination of what I'm wanting.

This would be the only protection on my phone. I've had a total of one major drop per iPhone I've had, and just want to make sure I am covered.

I put a glass on my 6 and an hdx on my wife's 6+. The glass I like a lot more because the feel is much better than the hdx. It feels just like regular glass of the screen. It seems that the hdx isn't as durable because when i tried to force bubbles out of the hdx with the provided squeegee it scratched really easily. The glass one I've had on for over a week and it still looks brand new. I'm thinking about trying to return the hdx for a glass if best buy will let me.

check best buy web site. The zagg glass for the plus is 24.99 I believe. Go into best buy and ask them to do a price match and save 15$! :D

Picked up a Zagg Glass for my 6 Plus. I'm already thinking about taking it off...

I love the feel of the Glass (which, as others have said, feels like the screen itself). I picked it up at Best Buy and paid for an install (which I felt sort of stupid doing, but at least it has no air bubbles).

However, I don't like the noticeable edge lift that goes all the way around the protector. And I also don't particularly care for how far the "case friendly" Glass sits away from the edges of the device. The protector doesn't even come close to touching the edge of the case I have on it, leaving more of the front of the phone exposed than I'm used to with screen protectors (creating a practical and aesthetic annoyance).

Overall, the screen protector feels good, but I find it way too noticeable.

Does the HDX sit better on the device?

No, HDX is the same size as the Glass.

I too removed the Glass for the same reasons, and then tried the HDX and removed it for the same reasons. HDX also had a little bit of a rubbery feel to it. Not really bad, but just enough to notice and I didn't like it.

I was just at Best Buy looking at the Zagg protectors. I went with the Hd, as I heard the HDX felt very rubbery. I had them do the install. He got dust under the screen so went for a replacement. He was out of the HD's so upgraded me to the Glass for free. He went through 2 of these before he installed it perfectly. Best $8 I ever spent.

Best Buy by me is the opposite. They installed my glass slightly crooked and refused to make it right.

I have the Zagg Glass on my iPhone 5 and iPhone 6. The iPhone 6 version feels thiner and I have also noticed that the edges on the 6 version will crack easy. I have already had to do 3 replacements through their lifetime warranty.
I know this is an old post but I have some questions. How do the replacements work, how long do they take, and how much do they cost (are they free)? Thanks for any help!

Replacements are easy. Just go on zagg website request the replacement. All you have to pay for is shipping $5.99. They send you the new protector with an envelope to send back the damaged one. Real easy. I just scratched my iPhone 6 plus protector by putting my keys in my pocket. Thank god I had the protector. Requested replacement. I received it in less than a week. Very easy

I love my Glass Zagg's HOWEVER... for the price they can sometimes be a bit disappointing as I've been through 2 already on my 6 because they tend to chip at the edges....

Go to their site and watch HDX videos. They drop a metal ball on it and it absorbs the impact.

Don't believe it.

I bought the new iphone 6s on its first day, Rose Gold, put the HDX on it. The day after my wife dropped it and screen shattered. I was pissed and posted on Amazon review area and make a return of it (only a few days since bought it).

My only question, I bought this with steep price mostly for Zagg's credibility and "Shatter protection" in its name, will Zagg help to cover my damage ($150 screen repair from Apple store which I made an appointment this Friday)?
