Similar experience on a Nano, never could get the bubbles out on a Dell Axim. Customer service is non-existant. When refund came, it was for $4.95 out of the $29.95. Shipping is another profit mark-up. More people have install problems than those that don't. I'd get a good case, and be done with the whole Invisi-shield "skin" experience:cool:

Woo.. and I thought I was the only one.

Anyway, I just emailed the guys over at Best Skins Ever (http://www.bestskinsever.com/servlet/StoreFront) to see if they can sell me just the bottom piece. Hopefully this company will respond.

Update: It was all a big misunderstanding!

So, today, I went to clear out my spam folder, and after looking through 2 pages of emails dated 2009, I saw replies from Invisible Shield!

Oh man... I feel really dumb now. They replied to 2 of my 3 emails, and also responded to the one I sent to the president. In the last email, offering to send me a replacement even though the mistake was mine.

So for all those who have gotten a bad impression of IS's customer service because of me, I take it all back. I'm glad I didn't go posting this on all the mac forums... phew. I blame Yahoo! Mail (aside from my own self) partly for its over-zealous Spam filter! I'm using Gmail next time.

Edit: but I don't take back the point about it not being easy to install. I still think it takes a lot of effort, but as others have mentioned, I think it can be done very well with lots of patience.
