Yes I noticed this earlier today on my 6s+ although I have raise to wake turned off.

Nope that's a bug. Not seeing anything like that on mine.

Whenever I have music playing and I open the camera the music seems to get louder. Then I exit the camera it goes back to same sound.

Why is this so hard to fix. Ugh just make the sound louder

I think Apple should correct the orientation lock issue on IPad Air 2 in the next beta .I have this issue since iOS 10 beta 1 and none of the iOS 10.1 and 10.2 updates seems to corrected this bug.

Same here. The worst bug i seen in ios 10 and never fixed this bug kill you . Ipad don't rotate fuuuuuukkkkk.
9.7 inch screen can't rotate!!!

I've noticed that turning bold text on will make the last word of your iMessages blank, kind of of like it doesn't adjust the extra space needed for the bold text and just cuts the last word out. Reverting back to regular text will fix this issue.

A problem I've come across is handoff doesn't work properly. On iPhone I have a web page displayed and on my mac handoff seems to work but the web page comes up blank on all websites I try.

Anyone else notice this?

There is never a GM release for X.x builds. Only X.0 builds get a GM. Last two years dictate a release next Monday. Not saying that will happen but Apple has not broken every pattern just yet. Nothing came last week.

No it did not. Just because the final build was the same as the beta does not mean its a GM release. GM release literally says, GM. Additionally, that has only happened 2 times in over 9 years. But, it is still not a GM release.

I'm going to say no. We won't see anything related to 10.3 until late Jan - early Feb with release in March with new iPads.

I noticed the same issue, but I am still on 10.1
