It's just taking a long time. Mine was on the Apple logo for a while, with the progress bar almost non-moving.Installing, 30% done. Can't get the WatchOS3 Beta to show up on my watch..? keeps showing me WatchOS 2.2 beta 2?
EDIT: my update spat the dummy out. iPhone 6s Plus now froze on update screen...
It was, began in 9.2 as I recall. Required a different profile, but I'm using the same 9.2 profile for the iOS 10 B1 OTA update. No, I don't think this was possible with iOS 9. Now installing, I hope for the best!
Install this profile and the update will show up.

Remove the old profile and then install the new one.
You need to download and install a separate provisioning profile for watchOS.
On your phone or iPadNo way to open it...
Maybe you have to be on iOS 10 for it to show up?I did. I deleted all files, restarted watch, installed the WatchOS3 Beta and still shows up with WatchOS2 Beta?

Rofl no that hasn't been the case for a long time now, and even then it didn't "brick" anything.DO NOT just install the configuration profile. If you are not a registered dev, you run a lot of risks of bricking your device when the dev version calls home to ensure it can install.
Also, and I think this is the time to say it, this is the first beta... there will be issues and may of those issues will have issues.
Confirmed you can delete stock apps!
