No. Not entirely.
I tried to drag it all the way to 100% and it changed the on screen colour display quite a bit. This is not the same thing as "low light filter".

You'll only see that at the Lock Screen when you go to the widgets section.

There is a major battery drain in beta 3. Wasn't like that with beta 1/2.

Unfortunately not. Still crashes after about 10-15 secs.

This is on my 6 Plus. The wife's 6 and my iPad Mini 2

Only thing I can think of is you have iCloud syncing on iBooks. Try this: Go into settings-iCloud-iCloud Drive. Flip the toggle that says iBooks. See if you can open up iBooks.

You might have to reset phone after flipping the toggle.

Contrary to recent posts, I came in to post that my battery life has improved significantly with beta 3. Especially idle drain. iPhone 6S, clean install of beta 2, OTA to beta 3.

Sections like top stories and trending stories are squished together so much the individual headlines are badly truncated and unreadable.

There was a bug in beta 2 where it was difficult to pull down Notification Center from the lock screen, that seems to be fixed now.

Wondering why there's 2 days in between Public Beta updates and dev updates. Also, my Apple Watch won't update to 2.2.2 for some reason I am running Public Beta 1 iOS 10 any ideas? Keeps saying watch 2.2.1 is the latest....

My guess is that Apple uses the 'delay' to find out if there are major issues with a new beta. If so, they can take some time to fix those before the Public Beta arrives. Just my thoughts on it.

Yes, as the public testers are guinea pigs for the average person, so the developers are test subjects for the PB people...

Anyone lose cellular connectivity on iPad Pro after beta 3? Mine shows signal but no LTE indicator or otherwise and will not connect. Just noticed this today I don't think I tried yesterday iPhone is fine.

Edit: Fixed, removed and reseated the SIM card and alls well.

Yea my battery has been really bad especially compared to beta 2 which I had awesome battery life. I'm on 6s

Yes this is a bug.

I wonder what the cause is. My iPad Pro 9.7 and iPad mini are fine. Bug is only on my iPhone 6s Plus.

Agreed. I thought the News app looks quite nice as it is currently. The beta version looks awful and completely unpleasant for reading. Can't imagine why they would do that....

Anyone else's parked car feature still not working on beta 3. It worked perfectly fine on beta 1 but since beta 2 it's never worked again.

I do not get a notification, but if I go into Maps, "Parked Car" at its current location is listed in the destination list.

Actually I really like how fast an App closes when you presses the home button.

BUT it doesn't happen every time, did anyone notice that.
