Believe so. It's always worked for my friends on iOS 9, and it didn't work for me before this beta release today.

iOS 10 Beta 3 Bug Fixes and Changes

yes I'm still having that problem, having it since beta 1
Just some things I found while playing with B3!
- Not sure if this makes sense, but the app closing animation is now back to what it used to be. In B2, it would only half fade in, now it zooms completely.
- 3D Touch font is also slightly thicker than B2.
- For Pokémon GO players, AR and Battery Saver mode work properly now.
- Siri has an new App Support setting
- Privacy settings now have a section for Speech Recognition

- Multitasking still bugs out a little bit, but doesn't completely freeze up for long periods now (at least from what I've seen)
- 3D Touching notifications in lock screen is smooth again

It's there but only on some songs. I started noticing them in B2
Indeed, AR works in Pokemon Go now. (Obviously this is the most important possible change.)
Is it just me or does the message box in Messages.app look bigger?
Also, I'm sure it was there in beta 1 but I never knew we had the ability to remove recent addresses from the Maps app. It also gives additional options upon swiping to the left.

Nice addition: in widget screen, when the time go off the screen, the lock icon on status bar became lock and time.
Share and remove are on Beta 2. Edit, however, appears to be new. Not present on 2
I just played around with it a bit and I'm definitely seeing lyrics on a lot more songs in my library now as well. Not all but more.
Ridiculously big? Why so? I like it the way it is now.
