Mine also gone. WTF. Did Apple test this cr^p before it was released. These kb shortcuts are important to me.
Yup! All mine are gone!
Same with known WiFi networks... My phone doesn't remember any of the previous networks I was connected to Pre iOS 10
I actually only have one showing , it's omy : on my way !
And to make it even stranger , it shows up twice on my MBP . Who knows , it might fixe itself when Sierra comes out .... or I'll lose everything everywhere ;-))))

Still there. I did mine through iTunes. When I get home I'll check the iPad as that was done OTA

I'll have to agree. I had more shortcuts than I do on my Mac.
Mine work now except all of the shortcuts from A to F did not make it . I am having to re enter those.
Not me. Updated my 6s and ipad pro. They're there in the iDevices and the MBP, I just checked. I've been using the same text replacement for couple of years.
Mine are all there on both my 6S and iPad Pro. I did the iPad update via iTunes connect, and the 6S update via OTA.
