iOS 11.0.1 fixed my battery issues

Hmm didnt know it had to be connected to power and locked for this sync to take place? Is there something I should do to enable the sync or will it do this on its own?

I dont have that many photos of people / faces but those that I have seemed to have synced, a few might be missing but most are there.

all that you should need to do for it to check if there are any photos it still needs to add, is to click on the People album, leave it as is, then lock your phone while connected to power.

youre quick. i edited my reply to include that:

Haven’t noticed any improvement, but I haven’t had issues in the first place. Glad things are working for you now.

Are all of you guys seriously smoking something crazy? iOS 11.0.1 has screwed up my phone completely and my battery drops 1% every 2 minutes, phone crashes randomly and burns out in 2 hours max with minimal usage.

Now i will:

1. RESTORE to 10.3.3

OR

2. Set it up as BRAND NEW device on 11.0.1 and report my results

Definitely fixed some iPad lags. Crazy iPhone bugs though. (iPad too)

Really hoping 11.1 is a huge bug patch.

Well the battery life on my 8+ is better than ever now with the 11.0.1 update, current standby time says 39 hours and 20 mins with 5 hours and 31 mins usage, and with 53% battery life left, I think thats pretty good, the best I have seen so far for me.
