iOS 11.2 Beta 1 Bug Fixes, Changes and Improvements

Mine sometimes don’t show, especially after I watched YouTube. I think it’s just the beta.
I love my iPhone X. If there is one little complaint I have is that the line on the bottom never goes away when you're inside an app. Perhaps in a future update they could make it similar to the scrollbar? Was hoping to see that in this beta but it didn't happen. Maybe in 11.3?
Any ideas why AppStore automatic update doesn’t work. Doesn’t update neither on iPhone nor on iPad
Has Apple fixed/improved Smart Invert Colors? It seems even worse on iPhone X than what I recall from my iPhone 6. Among the app (notification) badges, close (-) buttons, etc not remaining red while Smart Invert is enabled, some of the behavior in Control Center is poorly executed, causes difficulty.
The first photo depicts non-inverted whereas the other two are with the feature activated using different wallpaper/background. I've tried several different, and no color combination seems to make a major improvement in color, contrast or otherwise.

Doesn’t seem to work for the iPhone 8 Plus. The sequence described above worked on previous releases but not on this beta (11.2 Beta 1) release. Holding the button even after you get the “slide to power offl graphic, just eventually returns to the home screen.

Uhm, yes it does. The feature would be pointless without synced audio.

So this is something I hadn’t noticed until this morning (iPhone X, 11.2). I am currently on hold with Amazon and when switching from “Phone” to “Speaker” audio...it had a new option. It gave me the option to output audio to my MacBook Pro. Is that new or just new to me?
I did not observe the crash of the idrive system which i think is pretty crazy - but on my X im staying on 11.1 and it works pretty good. Still have some issues where the cover art sometimes does not come up, or there is a delay switching songs, etc. BMW is notorius with bluetooth streaming on iphones. That is also why as of 17' models they swithed to wifi AP's in the car. These issues simply do not exist. Ontop of that, carplay is wireless. I will be purchasing a Model S tesla sometime next year and i think my 435xi will be my last gasoline based card i have.

I've seen this issue as well, and have reported it. Hopefully an update comes today, as this is a pretty obviously (and likely easy) bug to fix.
Not true. That was the beta for the iPhone X, the same that beta 1 for the other devices.
