Don't think anyone here can confirm or deny what you are asking. Software dev is a very dynamic process, so what you are asking can change from beta to beta. We'll never truly know.

I dont think its been fixed because my feedback entry on it is still open. Will find out soon though its unlikely to be fixed

Release notes mention AirPlay 2... Although it doesn't seem like it's fully working in beta 1:

"Siri control of AirPlay 2 isn’t enabled in iOS 11.3 beta 1"​
