Not working in Safari for me.

It is working for me

Seems the messages app issue stems from not being able to connect to the iMessage device.

The Messages app is all kinds of screwed up for me. If I delete a message thread, suddenly the icon in the upper right to start a new message is gone. I have to kill the app and open it again to get it back. My iMessage settings also changed to “start conversion with” my Apple ID rather then my phone number.

Swiping to delete threads brings up the “this conversation will be deleted from all your devices” even though I have ‘iMessage in the Cloud’ togged off.

It does, however, allow me to delete conversations using the “edit” button in the upper left without seeing the iCloud prompt...but I have no idea if the deleted conversations are only disappearing from my phone or from all of my devices.

Rich links for sites like YouTube and Instagram aren’t showing up correctly, either.

Basically, Messages is really screwed up in this beta.

iTunes and App Store video autoplay setting defaults back to on with this beta.

I have it turned off and it was back on again.

Find Friends seems to be functioning properly again. It was buggy and very delayed in beta 1.

What does this mean?

So this is the prompt you see when attempting to delete a Messages conversation with ‘iMessage in the Cloud’ turned ON:

iMessages totally screwed up. Can’t log into Apple account via settings/messages. Messages app totally blank and unresponsive.

Anyone else getting this via settings/messages app?

I have it turned on and I’m still seeing the bottom message on my iPhone X.
