New Features & Changes

• Books renamed back to iBooks.
• App update version and size are now shown in the App Store on iPad.

New Issues

• Varying degrees of issues with Philips Hue bulbs and accessories.
• Photos may appear to be nearly empty, but then rebuilds library.
• iPhone X swipe up on lock screen will authenticate user via Face ID but as soon as it goes to the home screen the lock screen will pop right up showing at the top "Unlock" icon. User will need to swipe up again to finally get into the home screen. If user was in an app before, as soon as the user swipe up and authenticate, user will see a glance of a dark screen (possibly the lock screen) before it disappear to show the home screen.

Remaining Issues

• iCloud Messages syncing problem. Not all messages are being synced and information regarding the size of the messages in iCloud Storage does not match the size in iCloud Storage/Messages/Conversations
  
• Widgets jump up then goes back to normal position after device restart (Since iOS 11.0)
• Widgets and search bar overlap during a call (Since iOS 11.0)
• Emoji keyboard has duplicate emojis in the Frequently Used tab after resetting the keyboard settings (Since iOS 11.0)
• Unlocking a device causes the keyboard to disappear for a moment if the keyboard is left open before locking the device (Since iOS 11.0)
• Keyboard keys become blue when text is pasted in the text field of WhatsApp, especially for URLs (Since iOS 11.0)
• App opening splash screen becomes black if you close an app, then immediately after opening the same app (Since iOS 11.3 beta 3)
• Scheduled fetch and notifications not working for favorited mail folders on non-push enabled mail accounts where sender is not configured as a VIP (Since iOS 11.0)
• When using the keyboard as (two-finger) trackpad in Spotlight Search on iPad landscape mode, x,y axes movement are still incorrectly swapped (Since iOS 10.0)
• 3D Touch Quick Actions cannot be initiated immediately after unlocking the device, takes 2 seconds waiting (Since iOS 11.3 beta 3)
• Video Autoplay (App Store) setting defaults to on after toggling Low Power Mode

Resolved Issues

• Fixed an issue causes lock screen wallpaper to become black if accessing to the camera by swiping to the left gesture is interrupted
• Fixed an issue causing lock screen wallpapers to appear blurry
• After updating a device to iOS 11.3 beta 4 the host computer recognizes the device.
• Wallet & Apple Pay now available in Settings on iPad (missing in previous betas)
• Now, the Now Playing widget updates song playback time

beta 3 has been a nightmare for me, certainly hoping to see some performance improvements/battery, but it will take time to tell. On an iPhone X btw

I personally think that it was a mistake to include it in iOS 11.3, they are refreshing the iBooks app in the background and name will be Books in iOS 12. We have seen this kind of mistakes last year. For example, the app opening animation of iOS 11 has been included in iOS 10.3 beta but then removed. Everybody thought that was a bug, but it turns out that they included the app opening animation of iOS 11 to the iOS 10.3.

How is the iBooks/Books app working in this beta? It’s been completely non functional for me since the first beta of m 11.3.

Good maybe now it works properly.... in beta 2 and 3 I couldnt move books, if i was in the middle of a book and I closed the app it would open back to the main library page, I would have to look for the book and re-open it.
