General iOS 11.3 iCloud won’t update

just updated an iPad and iPhone to 11.3 and now I can’t get passed the updating iCloud settings.

It seems I have to enter my Apple ID which I’ve done and then it fails updating icloud setting.

I am putting the correct password in as well.

How do you get round this ?

Try a hard reset
