iPod touch IOS 11 Apple Music playlist gone, won't come back

Hi...
Downloaded IOS11... on iPod touch... playlists and downloaded music disappears.. turned on iCloud music library ... music comes back ... iCloud music stays on... but music disappears again. Im stumped...

2 iPhones in the house, do not have this problem...

I appreciate any info... Thanks!
