Little catch, notice how the off switches for flash and Live Photo are different. iOS 11 on the left, iOS 10 on the right:

Apple fixed a problem that few of us had :p At least you could say now they're consistent with the HDR off switch.

Question: If I scan a document with Notes, can I choose to export it to iCloud Drive as a PDF? If so, do I get to choose the paper size?

Also, is News still available to only 3 countries? Thanks!

Craig said that the public beta will be in the end of June, which probably will be the Beta 2 build.
Possible, but not likely. Judging by the state of this current beta, I say Public beta will come with beta 3.

Can anyone try if it is possible to record video while playing music over Bluetooth, airplay or CarPlay? Until now it was not possible, once the camera is activated, the music stops

Anyone can confirm this?

Are there improvements in Wallet? Namely, is there finally an option to quickly delete multiple passes? MY public transportation app saves individual train tickets in Wallet and when they pile up, I always have to select one, click (i), delete, confirm and repeat that for all these tickets and because it's too cumbersome I've just let them clutter everything up...
The only change I see is the background is now white.

The developer beta is VERY laggy. I can’t turn Bluetooth on, safari is quite slow, animations are laggy. I can’t report these bugs to Apple, though. Just be forewarned before you attempt to update.

AppStore doesn’t update with new apps and games. Usually Thursday it’s an update day and with iPhone 10.3 of my wife I saw new Apps and Games today, not in the new AppStore.

EDIT: I just realize it’s intended. You can read in the first article, at bottom.

Don't try to turn bluetooth on using the tempting looking toggle switch in the new control panel. Whoever designed it decided to sneak this one in next to three real toggles, and make the bluetooth one do nothing apart from disconnect from any connected devices. Instead, use the toggle in Settings. Works fine.

Safari works fine for me. Occasionally, animations judder and glitch. Especially the Today view - sometimes doesn't line up properly on the screen. I'm not a developer even but bugreporter.apple.com works for me with my pleb AppleID. Do you get a login error? I reported a FaceTime issue (couldn't turn the speaker off when an audio call came in whilst I was in a video call) but need it to happen again as they replied (the same day!) asking me to install a special profile and gather sysdiags.

I'm happy with this first beta; all my apps work and the glitches are minor (to me).

I've read a few posts saying that they fixed lagginess by going into the app switcher (the 3D method has been removed - boo) and closing everything.

I Have some problems with the new "Files" Application in new iOS version and that is the Application didn't show anything from My Device storage and also I couldn't add something in it!!! is it normal?
My Device is iPhone 7

Thanks for the tips. To be clear I’m not complaining to Apple, it’s a developer beta and I totally understand and accept that it’d be buggy. It actually works remarkably well for such an early beta.

Just want to confirm with you all... I know people have mentioned the auto brightness is broken. By broken, do y’all mean the brightness just sinks down to the lowest level no matter what? Whenever I’m in a room that doesn’t have the most light but is definitely not dark, it just sinks to the bottom.

Edit: also finding that having LPM on all day helps with the battery drain. Ever since I bought my 7+ and tested out all the iOS 10 betas, I never complained about any battery issues.... up until now. Did all I could to fix it. It’s not horrible but it is definitely noticeable.

Just saw the old volume hud in Siri, so it’s still there. Not only ringer hud. Using type to Siri at the moment.

I don't know if this has been mentioned....

To get to the YouTube search:

1) Swipe down slightly on the screen from the middle (like a "refresh" gesture)
2) Swipe up slightly from the same spot
3) Swipe down again. Toolbar including search will be visible.
