What do you mean preset though?

I could set it to one brightness level on on iOS 10 and it will remain there until I change it to another level.

I always keep it on "Low".

Yep, the medium/bright are way too bright IMO. Always keep it on low, since it was introduced. It was either iOS 10.1 or 10.2 IIRC.

You can enable Low Power Mode on iPod touch with Control Center customization, a glitch I assume? I wonder if it works on iPad.
