Anyone else having issues with the screen brightness dimming over time (1-2 minutes) when using the device in a darker environment? I "fixed" the issue by turning off auto brightness. Will be reporting.

As a related aside: with the new brightness slider in CC, the issue I'm having almost feels like the slider is being pulled down by gravity! Slide it up and gravity pulls it down again.

Has the bug withe night shift schedule not showing sunrise to sunset been mentioned?

That option is available and set on my iPhone 7+ and iPad Pro 9.7'. If I recall correctly it not showing is usually because Location Service is set up too restrictively. Check if some toggles are off in Privacy -> Location Services -> System

Isn't that the point of it? So the screen is dimmer in dark lighting. Its supposed to do that.

Once I posted it hit me and I checked on my ios10 iPhone. Ill have to check my iPad when I get hime thats gotta be it
Its the time zone option in Privacy -> Location Services -> System settings that needs to be on for sunrise/sunset to work. The other options in there have no bearing on that.

Landscape mode on iPhone 6S (not plus)!

I can swipe the control panel up too, from Safari when rotated. Interesting, but I assume bug rather than feature.
I assume it's a bug also. Sometimes when my notifications get cut off due to a bug toggling from portrait to landscape fixes the issue.

At last..

Hi,

Most of my apps have stopped loading after installing ios 11 beta 2. Any idea why ?? I have an iPhone 6

Hello,
  • Audio transmission / music output via Lightning to "Original Apple Lightning 30-pin adapter cable" and this on "30-pin USB / AUX (third-part) adapter cable" is no longer. The charging function is unrestricted.
Application:
In the car I charge via a USB car charger and could always forward the audio transmission via AUX-Cinch to the Autoradio.

Could someone confirm this? Is there perhaps a workaround to bypass this?
Greeting Matthias
[doublepost=1503070305][/doublepost]Confirmed here. iPhone 7 running latest public beta. I use the lighting to 30 pin in the car for aux + charging. I've had the issue since installing at pb 2. Tried a reset all settings and an erase and restore from backup. As noticed, charging works fine, but audio plays from internal speaker only.

I downloaded the iOS beta version to both my iPhone 7 and iPad Pro. I just recently noticed a bug and it started just today. When I double tap the home, it would bring up the apps to close, but I also use to be able to double tab the home button for the control center to come up as well. It did it as first and now it’s not. It still does it on my iPad but not my phone. Any ideas? Thank you!

The iPhone does not do this, only iPad. Makes sense, there isn't room on the screen for both anyway.

Right I understand that. But it didn’t bring up both at the same time. I was able to double tap the home button and it would bring up the control center (the apps would already be closed) on its own instead of me having to swipe up. It doesn’t do this anymore.

Hmm, I'm not familiar with that but if it used to work then it was probably intentionally removed.
