iOS 11 Developer beta 8 — Changes, Issues, and so on

All i wish is the animations shutting apps and 3d is same as 10.3.3 but ppp keep saying i go on and on about it lol if the gm isnt this smooth ill be annoyd i want the latest os but i want speed

But when they got it working with ios 10.2.1 why not kee the code for ios 11 this ios isnt that diff its same just new cc and few little things so speed wise should be same

I think its not going to be fixed in the final release too.
Some apps for example safari, mail and weather lag all the time when they are opened.

Ah i guess when there are no airplay devices it is not shown. I just went near an airplay device and it showed up. I thought it was always there in the last beta. My mistake.

Yeah, I see what you mean about the sluggishness— The punctuation keys on your keyboard seem to not be registering your input.

Well.... Only 6more months until ios 11 is as stable and fluid as iOS 10.3

I was on beta 7 and waited beta 8, just to hear comments, but small update, so there are no big improvements.

I went back to 10.3.3

10.3.3 is good and fast + battery efficient, there are no mayor breaking things (for me) and I don't like wifi and bluetooth behavior.

IOS 11 is slow, bold and not so battery efficient. Still, we will see how the things will go on with GM and 11.0.1 update.

Update completely screwed up iCloud Photo Library counts and phone is burning up hot top right as apparently iCloud is re-uploading all of my photos. I've had issues with this on and off throughout the beta, but was hoping it would be straightened out by now.

No, not yet. Hopefully it will be by GM but don't hold your breath. The pattern for Apple with the last few major iOS upgrades has been a slightly worse .0 release in terms of performance, and improving from there on over a few weeks/months. It's a little frustrating.

Does it fix the lag on iphone 7 that came with previous beta? When I close an app then swipe the home screen to a new page of apps it would often be a bit choppy. Force touch app icon animation is laggy to. I’ll test again once the latest public beta is available.

I've had some horribly annoying and major issues with various apps completely freezing my device up for 1-2 minutes at a time since the last beta or two, really hope they've fixed that, it's the worst iOS bug I've encountered in years.
