Interesting. Updating OTA from beta 2 to beta 3 was only 94.9MB for me on my 8 Plus (Verizon, if that makes a difference).141 MB 8+

Can anybody comment on battery life on beta builds on the XS Max? It seemed like my iPhone X lasted a lot longer on betas than my Max did. Any comments are appreciated. Thanks!
Because sometimes mistakes and bugs happen....Why would it be?
You are evilTemptations ... temptations ... darn it ... beta.apple.com here I come ... putting beta profile back on ...
That would be about the last place I would expect a mistake. The potential liability is stupendous.Because sometimes mistakes and bugs happen....
Beta 2 was great. HUGE improvement over 12.1.2.
What's the rush?
Not quite sure what's obvious as it seems like iOS 12.1.2 is just fine for many if not most.Obviously, since Apple rushed out 12.1.2 to address the Qualcomm patents.
How so? And what device?Beta 2 was great. HUGE improvement over 12.1.2.
What's the rush?
XS Verizon USA iOS 12.1.3.B3
Modem: 1.03.07 (Updated from B2)
Carrier: 35.0.2 (No Change from B2)
Was hoping for a VZW update. Darn.
Just rode the NYC subway Manhattan to Brooklyn with signal immediately at every station. Max, VZV. Big improvement so far (this was an fix intended for 12.1.3)
Edit:
And rode it back in, both the R and 2 lines were 100% immediately covered at the stations finally. If this sticks, then call me completely satisfied.
You are an easy man to satisfy.![]()
That’s great to hear. What device do you have the beta on?I find beta to very way more smooth than iOS 12.1.2. I got beta 3 directly on iOS 12.1.2.
A lot of things lagged on 12.1.2.
I cant explain why, but to me, the notification center opening animation looks different.
Could be placebo but I usually notice such things. Iphone xs here
I was worried about 12.1.2 too but finally updated because I got tired of seeing the badge, and there was absolutely no difference.
