I still don’t understand how this is different from correct behavior. So far I haven’t noticed any changes.

EDIT: It works as intended on a Mac though. Anyone else having this issue?

Glad to see this finally in Safari...certainly took Apple long enough to bring such a simple feature that's been around for quite a while now.

Cellular signal strength still not updating on car stereo systems when the phone display is in standby mode on the Xs and Xs Max. I would have thought this would have been fixed by now...

iPhone XS Max here and settings in the phone is almost unusable. Scrolling lags like no tomorrow and most of time the settings won’t react to any touches.

yes, auto login does not work AT ALL.

I listened to a couple of tracks earlier, stopped, locked my phone, and a full five minutes later I picked up the phone and the media controls were still there. If I use the Music App mine clears straight away. If I use my 3rd party App Cs Music the controls stay on the lock screen for 10 minutes before clearing. Definitely something strange going on.
 
I've now had my WiFi hang for the second time since uodating. I've never had this in any PB version previousky. Now I'm on the release and it's broken that. My 4G in the UK was already problematic and now it's broken WiFi. Thx Apple. Just great.
 
Battery life is complete trash ip7+ also noticed something new, when rebooting my phone it shows a white screen with Apple logo for about 2 seconds, then the screen goes black for a second, back to white screen with apple logo and phone boots like it should.

I am also getting text message notifications again an hour later after already reading them.
 
News app sucks. I have had to put my favorites in twice, and now it just keeps crashing. As soon as I click the app it opens then closes. Restarted the phone, same thing. 8 tries so far and no luck. I think Apple rushed this one once again. Focus on your customers not big names like Oprah.

No issues with the news app on any of my devices apart from it being totally underwhelming.
 
I’m experiencing the same thing. I’ve tried everything apple suggests shy of reaching out to support. I read the news app every morning having it dialed in to what I like.

Possibly a server side issue more than an update one? Its happened before some with apps. Maybe try later, but I'm not having that issue here, well not at the moment anyway.

The cookie bug is back! When you erase history and data in safari, you only get a bunch of zero byte cookies, but they don’t get erased. They spend all energy on the four animojis as it seems...

36.0 is the latest carrier update. Note that not all towers have been upgraded so you may not see 5GE in many areas yet.

I pulled my XS out of the closet thinking 12.2 may have fixed some of the issues and it might be usable. Noooope. Sucks that I have to sit through an entire work day before I can get back to my little 7.

This worked for me.

Now to figure out how to keep Settings from completely locking up...
