I don’t like this version. I have a lot of freezes in apps, the keyboard freezes again and sometimes when I’m opening an app the iPhone restarts.
Sounds like you might want to do something like reinstall if something simpler like a restart doesn't help with that.

Yeah, I've been having this. Also, there was one moment that lasted for like 2 hours where all of my photos in the Camera Roll looked as if they were saved in super low quality. The videos were pixelated and so were the pictures. It fixed itself after some time but that was weird and many days after this update too.

Currently reinstalling 12.3.1 and see if that helps me.

VoLTE on my mom's Verizon XS finally works! Its kinda nuts it took this long to fix something that's been broken since day 1.

I sure hope so. I also was getting errors with it complaining about my SIM card not being installed, so I got that replaced. Not sure if that’s related.

On this version I’ve noticed I get around 5-6 hrs of standby (maybe 5-7 mins of usage with light texting) before I drop from 100% to 99%, which is really good battery life for me on my IPhone 7. Usage, on the other hand, still sucks as bad as 12.3. This is with background refresh off however, so I’m going to turn it back on (both cellular and WiFi) and leave all apps enabled to see how it effects it. I’m not sure why Apple would leave background app refresh on by default if they explicitly tell you it can drain battery right there in the instructions.

I've resetted it 1-2 months ago without a backup. Restarted it today but same problems. I already had one reboot and an app freeze. After the app freezed and I went back to the home screen the status bar with the clock and other icons were still black, not white.

Xs max 80-6% without low power mode

Since updating to this version, news articles showing as a Google AMP link have a different “menu bar” underneath the URL. I can’t copy the link anymore. There’s a little “i” in a circle on the left that for exactly one webpage showed me the original link which I could copy. That was the one and only time I was able to do that. Now when I tap that “I” it just sort of darkens the screen and doesn’t pull up the link. I can’t find a way to go to/copy the original URL of a news article. Help?

I can’t seem to save images in safari. It only give me the copy option, when I use 3D Touch or long press.

How much battery % are you guys losing overnight with the phone in standby? I just lost 10% over 7hrs and 24m. I feel like it’s a bit high but maybe not for this version. Just checking!

For me it depends on my system config, day to day and the phone itself.

On my X sometimes based on certain conditions I may only lose 4-5% while other days 10-15% or so.

Avg is typically 5-8% or so.

Over 8 or so hours.
