My 16GB 6S wasn't happy installing this, after being on betas for weeks and weeks. I had to offload virtually every app before it said it had enough memory to install! Managed it. My home screen is very cloudy :)

I'm surprised they pushed this to us beta users, unless 13.2 is a way off.

I can confirm that my issue related to location srvices remains on 13.1.2. Location services arrow keeps appearing on status bar but at the menu i cannot see anything actually using location data at that exact time. And i can feel that it drains battery.

reset your phone all content and settings and see if its still there

Have you tried Reset Location and Privacy?
 
Same issue here as two others where trying to install OTA the phone reboots and the just spins with the Apple logo. I waited 15 min before doing a hard reset which rebooted fine. Tried installing again and same issue. I can’t install this. It was at least for me safe to hard reset so I can at least use my phone again

Are you able to update through iTunes?

Gmail stopped supporting push for Apple stock app years ago. I use the Gmail app for the notification then just open mail appto get the messages (yes downloading after opening because thats how it is now). My Outlook.com email seems to work fine and it does support push still. I believe others have complained about straight up Exchange and it being flaky but Gmail wont work with push anymore.

Same thing happened to me with 13.1.1 and to get it to install all I needed to do was disable the automatic updates option.
 
First, my 11 Pro downloaded the update, went to install and it rebooted quick. I received the notification of “13.1.1 update is installed”. Weird.
It then notified me there was a new update 13.1.2, downloaded and installed again without an issue.
 
My iCloud mail keeps going in junk without me seeing it. This is from trusted people I email all the time.

same for me on XS Max and two iPhone 11 Pro Max as well. Something is broken in the software.

I am doing a triple click to open AssistiveTouch, which has a “Restart” option in it, which makes restart a lot easier.

What a joke this is but least apple is tying to sort it. Still stutters in my 11P on home screen
 
I tried to update but it froze up too. Spinning wheel. A hard reset returned to 3.1.1. Soooo....I won’t try that again. 😳. Let us all know if and when it actually works. 🥴
 
I’m on iPhone X, Live Photos have been lagging since iOS 13.
This release didn’t fix the lags.

Anyone else with lagging Live Photos?
