Not seeing anything on mine and I’m on 13.1 b4 but I deleted the profile.

Edit: now seeing it.

Having weird bug with my Airpods. When I first connect and double tap to go to next track, instead of resuming music, it will either start at the beginning of the library in non-shuffle OR pick an album I was listening to a lot and start at track 1 non-shuffle. Even though I had a playlist I was listening to in shuffle. Current workaround is to resume playback on iPhone itself. Not sure if anyone else had this issue pop up

I'm running bet 13.1 beta 4. I had the profile section but its now missing. When I go to the software upgrade it says I'm already on 13.1. Do I have to reinstall the profile and then delete it to get full 13.1?

I was on 13.1 B4 and did mot show the beta profile and saw the update 3GB+

I have 13.1 (17A5844a) on iPad Air 2 and on iPhone Xs. Deleted the public beta profile a couple of days ago.
Over the air I'm offered an update (huge).
via iTunes on macOS Mojave, no update offered ?

(don't have room for over-the-air update on iPhone Xs right now, and I prefer downloading full releases when exiting the beta)

If you are on the beta build, you need to put it into recovery mode to get it on iTunes/Catalina's finder

So is 13.1 equivalent to 13.4 beta in terms of stability and tweaks or is it the same as 13.1 beta........or something in between?

That wasn't the issue, Mojave could see the phone just fine. it's that iTunes didn't think there was any newer software available from Apple.

I worked around this by finding download links for the 13.1 public release ipsw files and installing manually; I would have preferrd to download directly through iTunes normal channels.

Still no announce messages with Siri. Really miss that feature 😓

AirPods
Announce Messages with Siri
Siri can read incoming notifications from your messaging apps to your second‑generation AirPods when you can’t reach for your phone.6

Coming later this fall. Works with second-generation AirPods. Siri is available on iPhone 4s or later, iPad Pro, iPad (3rd generation or later), iPad Air or later, iPad mini or later, and iPod touch (5th generation or later) and requires internet access. Announce Messages requires apps to be developed with SiriKit. Siri may not be available in all languages or in all areas, and features may vary by area. Cellular data charges may apply.

Coming to iOS 13.2

Does anyone else’s night mode come on about 30 minutes before sunrise and sunset every day?

There is no "13.4 beta". The version of iOS 13.1 released today is the same build as the 13.1 beta 4 (17A844 = 17A5844b).

If they’re the same build then why is the beta version much smaller in space (123MB or something like that) compared to the official 13.1 release (3.24 GB)??? The wallpapers can’t hold that much space

Good find, but is this a permanent change? No way to re-authorize or include?

Beta sends what's changed since the previous beta, official release is the entire iOS system.

That's how I understand it, anyway.
Yes, as @adrianlondon says, the GA release is the full iOS. The beta releases are deltas of the changes, so long as you update with each one. If you skip a beta (e.g., go from beta 4 to beta 6) you will have to download the full (read "large") version of the iOS release.

The way naming scheme for iOS (and other platforms from Apple) works is the betas have a '5' and an alpha character ('a', 'b', etc) suffix. When one removes the '5' and the alpha character ('a' in this case), you see that the actual build '844' is the same... meaning that the actual GA release contains only the same content as the last building. The only difference, in this instance, is the removal of beta tracking, tracing, etc components.

Trying to understand what's going on -- the 13.1 beta 4 does *not* have the iPhone 11 wallpaper or the new UI for AirDrop. Is there something I am missing? Do I need to wait for the iOS 13.2 beta?

Was able to go back to beta 4 from 13.1 OTA!

Went back to beta 4 since that performed better than 13.1 for some reason. I believe it’s the same build so I’m not sure. But beta 4 was better so it popped up on a software update so I installed it and everything is running smoothly as expected. I’ve never downgraded OTA before so this is a first. Took the risk, didn’t know what would happen but nothing bad came out of it.

Now iOS 13.1.1 (17A854) is out, so those issues with 13.1 (17A844) should be gone because it’s a new build.
