Its back guys.
Seems like 13.1 missed the fix that was done two betas back (?) for the battery drain problem.

WatchOS 5.3 and iOS 13.1 PB1 is hammering my watch battery. I *was* going to update to 5.3.1 but I guess that won't help!
What I want to know, though, is if the drain is caused by iOS beta 13.1 or watchOS 5.3.1? I installed them so close together that I can't tell which one is the real culprit.
That’s not bad. I lose 8-9% per night normally.I concur, lost 50% overnight on the first night, lost 25% over night last night.
This is compared to 2-4% per night normally
Do a reset and restore from backup of your Watch. that has fixed the issue for me every time I started getting excessive battery drain with my watch during the 13.0 beta updates.
Now I have not upgraded to 13.1 yet....a bit nervous to do so seeing some of the issues. But I imaging doing the reset and restore will help here as well.
Pretty certain it's the 13.1, at least that has been my experienceWhat I want to know, though, is if the drain is caused by iOS beta 13.1 or watchOS 5.3.1? I installed them so close together that I can't tell which one is the real culprit.
I put it on the charger an our before bed so its full, dont know if that makes a difference or not. That’s not bad. I lose 8-9% per night normally.

It’s really bad for me. Double the normal drain.
