How long till it usually goes live in iTunes? I keep mashing the check update button but nothing yet?

Being on 13.3 beta 1 since it came out and on iPhone 8 it works really well for the major issues I was facing: background refresh and data. Instead of refreshing every single time, I have had only one refresh and my data speeds have received a very good boost.

So 13.2.2 should be good for users.

Not really, just a feature of iOS. Why?
This release says it fixes unexpected background quitting of apps. I face mail notifications vanishing from notification centre. So if notification centre is an app, then I can expect the resolution of vanishing mail notifications from notification centre.

Seems like those are fairly different and separate things.

Ok.
That means I will have to wait more.
Nevertheless is the vanishing mail notifications issue not faced by others?
I mean there could be a fix for something like that as well, just that the particular multitasking fix doesn't really say much about something like that.
