We need more info. How many apps are you keeping open and how much time has passed before you reopen them? Are you claiming That no increase in ram management has happened on 13.2.2?

i have more app reloading to 13.2.2 compared to 13.2.

When I was having the problem, fixed for me in 13.2.2 on my phone and in the beta 13.3 on my iPad Pro, I did a forced reboot of the device. This resolved it for about a day. It did come back but it’s worth giving it a try.

Anyone having in AppStore credit showing $0.00 when you still have credit? When I click the profile it shows that I have AppleID funds, did they separate it? I’m pretty sure before this update that they were the same.

Yes. Same on iOS 13.3.

If rebooting solves it, that really sounds like basic memory management problems.

I think that’s the general consensus. Especially since a normal reboot did not change anything, only a forced restart did the trick. 13.2.2 and 13.3 seem to have fixed it now. I’ve had no Safari tabs reloading. Although I have a couple of game apps, word puzzles, that are throwing me back to the start screen when previously I would be on the puzzle that i had been working on. That may be an issue for the app developers to adapt their games to whatever Apple has done.

iPhone 11 Pro Max and seems like 13.2.2 has made a lot of apps take forever to load even when using very fast WiFi. Very annoyed have restarted several times still seeing sluggishness and apps just spinning wheels.

Come on Apple. For crying out loud.

Right now it's showing my actual balance for me in the App Store and Apple ID account settings, but I HAVE had this problem before where it would show $0.00 in some places. I just didn't make a note of where.

This also reminds me; I only have about $13 of credit left. Time to keep an eye out for those 15-20% off iTunes gift card deals again.

No fix but the workaround is delete and download the app again but not ideal if you have a lot of apps

[MERGED] iOS 13 - app updates stuck on "Waiting"

For the past few days app updates on my 11 Pro Max always get stuck on "Waiting". Rebooting always fixes it but as soon as there's another app update it gets stuck again. Sometimes it installs after an hour or so but yesterday's updates were still stuck after about 12 hours. My iPad on iPadOS...
