Beta profile installed? Did you remove it recently? Is so did you reboot afterwards? What version and build number are you sitting at?

I have a similar problem. Running 12.4.1. My Xr is trying to reach the 13.2 file and it keeps spinning on "Update Requested", even though Apple just pulled it.

No beta profile or recently downloaded. Restarted it several times.

I wouldn’t worry too much. 13.2 or 13.2.2, the same problems persist. Just avoid it like the plague.

Oh my god. What the hell is up with this hilariously bad update? Now I can't even update through iTunes since it says I don't have enough space on my Mac? The total amount of used storage is 67.9 GB on my Xr and I have 100 GB available on my Mac. That's more than well enough to cover the backup. I'm so utterly sick of nothing working here.

Oh I think I might know what it is. Time Machine snapshots. Terribly hostile towards average users who will have no idea what to do.

Other than the main ones that I am experiencing, namely lack of multitasking and camera app crashing.
That's unfortunate that it seems that some people are still seeing some issues. I can definitely say that multitasking is much better in 13.2.2 than 13.2 on my device. I can't really comment much on the Camera app crashing as I haven't experienced that with any of the updates.

Were you jailbroken? Best get the IPSW and update via iTunes.

Since yesterday I found that I couldn’t swipe up the active apps from the icon task bar to ‘minimize’ the app. It does function correctly after resetting the iPad. iPad Air 3.
Anyone experienced same?

Thanks.

In 13.2.2 not fixed problems with location services on 11/11Pro/11ProMax.

At this point, 13.3 beta 2 on my ipad, 13.2.2 on my 11Pro Max, there’s been no change in this so I would just assume this is operating as designed and a feature of iOS 13. Other than these threads I don’t believe I’ve seen any other mentions of a possible issue.

Ok folks, those who are using iOS 13.2.2 on an 11" iPad Pro, I need to know how is it working for you, regarding background app management in RAM memory.

I was lucky enough to install iOS 13.1.3 on my 11" iPad Pro, and it works flawlessly, at least memory-wise. Sometimes I have a bug here and there, but ALL my apps remain in memory, not jus Safari but, like, all the apps I have open, for days, and weeks, are there. Thus, it works awesomely (I'm not sure this word actually exist in English or I just made it up).

I need to know if this is the same behavior of memory management in iOS 13.2.2, or is it worse? Because I'm not sure if it is worth upgrading from iOS 13.1.3 to iOS 13.2.2

Thank you in advance.

Someone else should chime in (and will), but I don' think that what you're describing is the background memory issue. I'm one of those people who reflexively kills apps as soon as I stop using them, so I haven't really paid attention, but I think the issue is not whether they appear to stay in memory but whether the app has to reload or re-initiate when you switch back to it.

I explained it wrong then, I'm afraid. I'll try to explain myself better:

On 13.1.3 all my apps are there in memory, this means that whenever you open them, they open without reloading the app. Including Safari with all the tabs, as well as other apps that maybe I was using for the past 3 days.

XS Max 13.3 PB2 - I do not have this happening on my device. Also do not have this on the IPP 12.9 G2 on 13.3 PB2.
IPP 11 on 13.2.2 does not show this.

Suspect it is a specific setting ...

I will say...the battery is not that great on this build. Watching a YouTube clip with good signal results in 1% drain per 30 secs on average on my Verizon iPhone 7. I just got this as a replacement phone from Apple a week ago so it is basically brand new and came with 12.2.
How much battery drain would be considered fantastic from let’s say watching a 15-20 minute video on YouTube? i just tried this right now on my 11PM(on iOS 13.2.2) and it was roughly 2-3% on a 17 minute YouTube video. I tried the same on my back up iPhone 7plus(which is still on 12.4.1) 4% drop on a 17 min vid

On 13.2, I could watch a 17 min video and I would lose probably 4-5% on my iPhone 7. Now a 17 min video would probably take like 8-9%.

What is your battery health level?

I would suggest to stay at 13.1.3. I was in 13.1.3, very stable. iPad Air 3. Until I updated to 13.2.2 and found overall system is a bit sluggish and some apps still need to reload when they are left background. One good thing in iPadOS 13.2.2 is fixes on some UI bugs, i.e. display orientation when unlock the iPad and icons location and more consistent cursor location during writing. Also VPN (1.1.1.1) can be activated from Settings without ever launching the app. Also, sometimes 13.2.2 get warm which I didn't notice in 13.1.3.

I have all settings enabled so my arrow is permanent and not an issue for me. But for those who say it is an issue many say they have turned off all settings and still see it appear. My guess is that it’s normal, at least with the current software.

For me the hollow arrow appears to be tied to the Weather for the Apple Watch. It disappears if I take off the Watch.

Anyone having in AppStore credit showing $0.00 when you still have credit? When I click the profile it shows that I have AppleID funds, did they separate it? I’m pretty sure before this update that they were the same.
