Also encountered this 2 times in the past days. One time a 250 MB Facebook update took about half an hour on a 90 Mbit/s download connection...
I have this problem since a few days. I thought it's because of iOS 13.2. But I've just downgraded iPhone and iPad back to iOS 13.1.3 and it doesn't load my apps either. I'm waiting since an hour and I have an 250 Mbit/s download connection with WiFi.

Maybe Apple has some sort of CDN problems lately since e. g. the macOS 10.15 and 10.15.1 updates for me also were very slow and even failed sometimes.

Just took 10 live photos on FaceTime and none of them saved to my photos. I’m so pissed. iOS 13.2 is a mess!!

App store updates are weird for me too. On wifi with 10mb/s its super slow, but when switching to LTE its super fast. LTE is way slower than my wifi

I’m loving the iPhone pro , so fast and smooth , the x had terrible reception with the intel modem but this version way better . Just wish the phone was smaller

It’s embarrassing that I can’t watch a movie in Apples own TV app, leave the movie, and start where I left off. 13.2 is criminally bad for killing multitasking like they’ve done and they need to fix this immediately.

The absolute atrocity that is iOS 13 is seemingly never going to end.

Is anyone having there email app do this? There’s something going on in the background.

I wasn’t sure where to ask this but is anyone else having this screen stretching issue? I’m running iPadOS 13.2 and this usually occurs when swiping between apps. If I go to the home screen then open it back up it seems to fix the problem until the next time I try and swipe through apps. This happens with most of my apps not just Messages.

I’ve been seeing that randomly on my iPad with different apps at times pretty much since I upgraded to iPadOS 13.1. It appears to get confused and uses the iPhone screen resolution instead of the iPad one.

When I ask Siri to put them into noise cancellation or transparency mode while in the podcast app when playback resumes the audio will drop in one ear. if it comes back in the ear that dropped out the audio will stutter in and out and be delayed behind ear that stays connected.

To get both ears back I have to pause the audio and wait approximately 5-10 seconds then press play again and it resumes with both AirPods

As troubleshooting I have un-paired the AirPods and re-paired them and tried the same thing again using Siri to invoke the noise cancellation or transparency modes this time round the opposite AirPod dropped out and the other stayed connected.

I also had the same audio issues with the one that drops out stuttering behind the other one and if I pause playback for 5 to 10 seconds and press play again they will both reconnect

I have also tested this in the music app and none of the AirPods drop out I think the reason being is when you invoke Siri using the music app play back only ducks down and doesn’t pause like in the podcast app

UPDATE

I have done some more testing on the audio dropout issue when using Siri in the podcasts app to change noise control mode and I have found that if I create a shortcut to switch modes using “ hey Siri, noise Cancellation” or “hey Siri, transparency “ then the audio resumes in both ears

But if I use the system command “hey Siri, turn on noise Cancellation “ or “hey Siri, turn on transparency “ then the audio cuts out consistently.

I’m putting this down to a bug in ios13.2

I’m putting this down to a bug in ios13.2

Similar issues with APP and Hey Siri. All on the latest iOS 13. It really screws up the sync between left and right so, like you, I had to take them out and put them back in. Definitely a bug.

Screen time bug. Ok, I changed the screen time to 9pm to 9pm by mistake. Wanted 9am to 9pm, now if I change it to 8am to 9pm, screen time kicks in after 8am, I have to keep bumping the time up when screen time is off. Rebooted 2nd iPhone, nope rebooted my iPhone, nope.

anyone else notice this? I may have to turn off screen time on the 2nd iPhone and set it up again. But wondered if there is a solution besides this?

will report to Apple shortly.

They appear to have removed the ability to add torrents in ios 13. I have a torrent file in "Files" and it wont let me add it from my client. Anyone know a workaround?

Did you check in Recents under the Albums tab?

I've noticed that shots randomly don't show up under the Photos tab but there's always in Recents when I check there.
