I am not seeing a long-press menu on my iPad Pro at all in Safari.

same here, no long-press menu in Safari. iPad Pro 12.9 2017, iPadOS DP5

Some people just don't like change which I understand. I've had the 6s too but I'm used to the new 3D Touch, not that much is missing except pop but you could just tap again. I will miss some of those features but I really think something better will come soon.

Actually 3D touch peek and pop are now widely available in the OS.

Actually 3D touch peek and pop are now widely available in the OS.

Pop does not exist. Pop is when you can continuously press your finger with more pressure when you already pressed the first time peeking. You cannot press harder when peeking to pop open the item. You have to release your finger and tap again.

There is a new "update completed" splash screen. Then it ask you to agree to a new term and conditions.
You are then asked if you want to use dark mode or not.

There's a new animation when switching from dark and light mode in settings. A lot smoother of a transition between the two.

Oof, REAL ugly huge "LTE" text in the top right now.
I also just got some crazy tabbed view like Safari in Mail just now, anyone else? Can't replicate. Open 2+ drafts and you'll get this view.
Otherwise, everything seems considerably faster. Every app.

Setting is nestled under Settings > Wallpaper.
