Your battery is knackered. Time to get a new one.

It‘s very difficult to prove a negative, really the onus is on you.

Most people here are just posting their experiences, they want to continue using their devices as before, and not have them actually be worse after performing an "update". I don't know if you have apple stock or something, but I can assure you that this is happening to my own iPhone SE, a colleagues iPhone 6s (he showed me himself), and to many people across the forums.

After a week or so with iOS 13.1.2 I can definitively see a difference in battery life on my XS Max. Battery in standby mode is not good and I see the music app anomaly doing things in the background even if all apps are closed. With just a lite usage, I end the day with around 55-60% when it should be at more than 70% for the usage I do. And my battery health is still at 100%.

Also, do you think the voice command accessibility feature drain more battery or its the same thing as the "hey siri" feature? Because I like this new feature quite a lot.

Good news is soon you should be able to downgrade to anything between iOS 10-12 forever once there’s a release based on the checkm8 exploit I believe. It’s been hard following all the info that’s been coming out about it. I have a 6S that needs a new battery, I’m going to have it replaced and keep that phone for as long as possible.

Yeah I'm watching that one closely. If and when it happens, my iPad Mini 4 is going back to 10.3.3 and staying there.

I'll take all the sensitive apps (e.g. banking) off of it, of course - but my iPad Mini is mainly an entertainment device already. I'd love to get my 32-bit games back!

Whaaaat? Can u give me the link or more info, please? My dream is I downgrade to iOS10 😁

I thought I read on Reddit that it will allow downgrading, would have to look for the exact info.

that's nonsense, the guy himself said that downgrading will be impossible because of the secure enclave and system apps dependent on it

I’veseen a lot of talk about downgrading with it on Reddit, maybe it won’t happen, I myself don’t know why anyone would want to go back to iOS 10 or 11.
