All Devices iOS 13 Speculation Thread [Merged]

The person that is 6th in my "Six Degrees of Separation" is absolutely in the know. And he's not sure! Hell, neither are any of the other 5.

I’d say today (or at latest, tomorrow) is a pretty good bet. And I’m going to go out on a limb and say we’ll see final release.
 
Tried restoring my iPad from DFU via iTunes and it kept giving me an error message, saying “the iPad update software could not be downloaded.” My network settings are fine, no issue there. Apple‘s support page said this is usually due to high volume. Could it be a sign of an imminent release?

Windows or Mac?

Under Windows sometimes it helps to delete the iPhone device in the system setting. And install it new after that.

Sometimes it’s a problem with the Apple Mobile Device USB-Driver. Reinstall it. But that’s only one possibility. No guarantees.

O2 believe release is imminent after confirming the beta resolves issues with the XR that have plagued O2 since 13.3!
Let’s wait and see but I am confident.
