You can just reinstall it from the App Store and then re-enable Mail in iCloud preferences, it’s all stored in the cloud. That’s if you’re using iCloud of course, couldn’t comment on other providers.

How do Netflix updates correlate with iOS beta releases?

you need to reinstall the accounts if the last time I did it is still the way it goes. It was on iOS 12 tho so can’t confirm for 13.

I use both iCloud and Gmail

I also modified all settings in Mail app (such as preview options, swipe options, threading options, composing options, etc.). That's why I wanna know whether all of this (not just accounts) will be preserved upon deleting and reinstalling the app.

There was a Netflix update last Monday and no iOs Beta, so.....

That Netflix update logic has failed. As if Netflix has access to some uber secret iOS 13 beta release schedule. Devs are not even supposed to release iOS 13 beta compatible apps till final build is released to public.
