I'm having the same issue. The notes are all there, but the text is invisible. If I copy the invisible text and past it in a different app, I can see it. So everything is there, but invisible text...

Yeah, same thing happened with those apps on the iOS 11 beta. In hindsight, it was stupid of me to have installed that beta 2 days before a Disneyworld trip...

Unable to restore WhatsApp chat history from iCloud on ios13 beta 1. All necessary checks and switches are on. iCloud is enabled, WhatsApp on iCloud is enabled.

Despite multiple phone restarts and install / uninstall of WhatsApp I still get message :

You're not connected to iCloud....
Please set iCloud Drive to on in iPhone settings > iCloud.

Anyone face similar issue and found a solution?
