I and several others in the DB5/PB4 thread were able to fix this by deleting the app, reinstalling, and then reactivating with a new activation code from your system admin. The app is working normally again for me after following these steps.

It stopped working for me with every version of iOS 13 beta... Installing Public 4 now to see if TD Bank app works... VERY ANNOYING
Working fine for me, though I literally bought and installed after installing this latest beta.

That's really weird. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and ensured access to photos to no avail. Glad at least someones is working
Fifth Third Mobile Banking seems to be working again. Able to see account details and navigate around without issue.
Just filed a bug report on Instagram. I have two different accounts configured in the app. One account works perfectly, and the other crashes immediately on launch. I am leaning strongly towards an issue with Instagram, but reported it to Apple just to be safe.
Fortunately, with the new long-press option, I can switch between accounts without being logged in... and FWIW, both accounts work perfectly on my iPad running iOS 12.4.

That's exactly what happens to mine as well. My account works fine, but the dog's account crashes as soon as I switch...and he has almost 2,000 followers, so they better get on it...
TD Bank (US) app works for me on iPadOS PB4 (iPad Air 2). I can log in and view my accounts.
Not sure if this has been discussed, For Boxer mail client, if you have multiple keyboard layout and languages set, whenever you change the keyboard during composing mail, it crashes.
Me too... hard freeze post spawning the app. Completely unusable on both iPad and iPhone.
Installed the latest Public Beta and, sadly, the Quickbooks Online App still does not work. I tried deleting app, rebooting iPhone, reinstalling Quickbooks Online app. It opens and logs in using Face ID and looks like it will work, but will not let me create an invoice. Always gives me a Value Too Large error when putting any dollar amount into the invoice. I think the biggest issue is that Intuit has not updated the app in a long time. Hopefully they do before the final release. I can log in on the website but it is difficult to use the site correctly on the iPhone XS Max screen. The app fails on both the iPad Pro 12.9 with iOS 13pb4 and my XS Max with iOS 13pb4. On a side note, Quickbooks Online program works fine on latest Catalina beta on my MacBook Pro 15.
All my other apps now work well, though I do get weird issues in the phone app with visual voicemail. The names disappear often, showing me just phone numbers. A close and re-open fixes it.

Having a bit of an issue with Apple Maps via Carplay. Updated on Tuesday night to the latest public beta and used it fine yesterday. This morning when i try to set a route going in CarPlay it loads the route but then crashes out after a few seconds. If i dont set a route then its fine, it works fine on the phone not plugged into CarPlay and if you set the route but dont press go to have it start then its fine...it just seems to be actual routes via CarPlay that crash Maps out back to the main CarPlay screen. I've reverted to Google Maps for the time being which seems to be fine.
Tried closing Maps from the open apps viewer, restarting the phone both connected to CarPlay and disconnected, restarted the car, deleted and reinstall maps, removing the saved connection to my car and none of them seem to make a difference. Its just a bit weird that it worked fine after installing the latest beta for a day then packed up.

Same here, search working fine now.
Santander can be a bit funny. The first time you launch it, it will exit straight away, just launch it again and it will let you in, but will quit unexpectedly if you are in the app for a while. Strange. I still find it perfectly usable to check balances and do quick transfers.
Yeah I am seeing this too after using it for a bit. Blackberry Work is only freezing occasionally on my iPhone. I can at least download and read some emails there. But it freezes almost immediately most times I open it on my iPad, making the app next to useless. Here’s hoping the next beta fixes whatever issue is causing this.

FWIW, Words with Friends has minor issues: the general gameplay is fine, but chatting is buggy and unresponsive. You have to click multiple times in text field to get the keyboard to appear and then click the arrow multiple times to get the message to send.
Also, Regions app no longer automatically prompts for FaceID upon launching app. it pulls up keychain and you have to log in and tap your UN and PW in order to log in.
Shein app also does not work at all.
