It’s known that there are issues with WhatsApp, on the release notes, your issue is tied to that.
The Playgrounds app is also crashing when I download the standard Learning Code playgrounds. The whole iPad is stuck and have to reboot the device.
Mine wasn’t working so I turned off Face ID for the bank app I use then turned it on again. My bank app with Face ID works now.
Maybe give it a try for your bank app.
Text messages custom ringtones working fine. Just regular calls not playing the custom ringtones
Your custome ringtone is working on calls?
My custom ring tone isn’t working either, I upgraded to iOS 13 didn’t do a clean install, it’s selected in settings but plays a default tone.

OK, solved it !!!!!!
It's the "Reduce Transparency" option in the Accessibility settings. Turn it off and the Safari videos will play fine again, and also my homekit cameras now play
I had to reboot after doing this, as the dock wouldn't display, but it's all now perfect.
Not sure if anyone else has mentioned, but the Ultimate Guitar app also doesn’t work. It loads fine and I can do a search but tapping on anything does nothing. I can’t also switch between tabs or tap on anything on the home screen.

Just a side note: my ringtone is not bought from iTunes. It is made by myself.
For downloaded playgrounds, the only way to access it is from “location” and broWes it from document picker.
Maybe, if you can make playground files available offline, you will be able to play it in iOS 13 beta 1. I assume you have downloaded the playground file before upgrading to iOS 13 beta 1.
I just had a family member call me, and my custom ringtone is not playing either. And it is one I made. It's been my ringtone for several years.

a clean device with restore iOS 13 crashes when I setup WebDAV sync. No problem with bonjou/iCloud sync.

Anyone got Dropbox to authenticate when selecting it from the sidebar in the Files app? The actual main dropbox app is working perfect for me, just not the extension in the files app.
Edit: I signed in and out of the Dropbox app a few times and it ended up just working!

Edison is working fine for me. You have to uninstall it then reinstall it. That’s what worked for me.
there is no field to put in amount and who to send to, even reinstall didn't work, and it crashes after a momentWhat doesn't work with MobilePay? Mine seems to work
