This is probably the RC since an "a" build, or perhaps we'll see a minorly tweaked RC with 1-2 builds newer drop on the day of next week's event. If there is new hardware to be launched at next week's event, it's already being loaded in the factories with the RC.

It does. Even in my light use, there are a couple of UI bugs that I can notice that need fixing.

Interesting. I'm trying to update with the ipsw on my Mac and it's telling me a software update is required to install it, but that the update is not available on the server.

Strangely I didn't get this when I upgraded to Beta 3.

Do they really fix issues reported on one beta version in the very next beta version.
I really doubt. They fix issues on a pre-decided roadmap decided much in advance. For example, currently they will likely be addressing issues that will be released in May 2021.

Clearly someone at Apple thinks that to be a feature instead of a bug. That someone needs to be found and the bug corrected.

Mine didn’t do this. Mine downloaded first and then waited for me to tap “install” before beginning the installation process. Weird.
