Wow, this was certainly unexpected. Hoping we’ll see some more changes to modem firmware and carrier settings within 14.6 as my 12 Pro on T-mobile has been terrible for cellular data (5G and LTE).
 
I think beta 2 of any release is the one which is ahead of the previous public release.
However beta 1 is usually behind in the update content as compared to the previous public release.
 
It’s for the 1st time I’m able to download the update on mobile data. At least they fixed that in beta 1

Apple Card Family confirmed in this beta.
Expecting this to be a short beta cycle then for release of 14.6 in May;

Availability

"Apple Card Family is coming in May to Apple Card customers in the US and will require an update to the latest version of iOS. To apply for Apple Card, open Wallet and tap the Add (+) button. Learn more about Apple Card at apple.com/apple-card."

A beta on a Friday. There just are no rules anymore. Pretty soon they'll be releasing them on Sunday mornings!
Didn't they do that once before? It was a weekend for sure, iOS 4.x or 5.x, cause it was about to expire (back when betas had expiry dates unless removed with tools).
